This pays for your attendance at the Autoimmune & Inflammation Support Group to help pay for food, materials, or small teachings at the group meet up.  Meet ups will take place at the Essence Health and Research / Project Thrive home office in Sammamish WA or on Zoom/Google Meet due to social distancing requirements. Most meet ups will be 90 minutes to 2 hours long and will help to support those with autoimmune and chronic inflammatory conditions or those who want to learn more about prevention.
