This pays for your attendance at the Metabolic Health Support Group to help pay for food, materials, or small teachings at the group meet up.  Meet ups will take place at the Essence Health and Research / Project Thrive home office in Sammamish WA or on Zoom/Google Meet due to social distancing requirements. Most meet ups will be 90 minutes to 2 hours long and will help to support those with metabolic, autoimmune, chronic inflammatory, or mental health conditions or those who want to learn more about prevention.
