The Equilibrium spiritual and health teaching series with Jennifer Coomes CN, E-RYT

NOTE:
All spiritual teachings are Christian based, but not religious based. My teachings do not subscribe to the normal patriarchal types of teachings of the typical church but are more equality based and reflect a communion of God the Mother and Father, the Holy Spirit (in feminine and masculine forms), and a female and male Christ (as we are made in the image of God, both female and male which means that God is both Mother and Father and the Spirit is both feminine and masculine). Because we are in a serious cultural and church reckoning, it is important that we no longer enable or promote the male dominated teachings of the church since it has lead to serious pain and suffering for women, especially women who are poor or women who are not married or without children. This serious invites us more into the natural state of balance that God has intended. Read more below on the topic of this series and for more information on foundations of these spiritual teachings, click here, here, and here.
When communion is taken in any of the videos, I'd like you to be clear that I do not do communion in the same way you see in a traditional Christian church because I do not believe we should be symbolizing the drinking of the male Christ's blood. That is not what he called for. Instead communion is coming into alignment with God and so I do a "nourishing drink" to symbolize bringing in nourishment and nourishing relationships and then I ask you to find something nourishing to eat (it can be bread but I don't use bread because of the need to be gluten free, so it can be anything nourishing that you can eat. This represents the manifestation of the nourishment and thriving in your life, ie. the tangible and touchable. It could be a paycheck, specific assistance, a job, food, the right person, right investment, etc. The nourishment represents the feminine side of God and the manifestation represents the masculine side of God, and because we are created in the image of God, both female and male, we capture both the mother and father, female and male, feminine and masculine of all that God is when we go into communion and alignment with God. It does not require you to be Christian, just a moment in which you honor God in the highest and the highest in you as a relationship and alignment to bring forth what is good in and for you. You will see which videos below have communion and it takes place in the last 30 minutes or so of the video with prayer.
Inspiration for this teaching series:
Hi All,
I started this new spiritual and health teaching series called Equilibrium to help us call upon the Holy Spirit more in these times that can be off track with God so that we can find a better alignment with health, finances, relationships, jobs, family, business, and more. What I really focus on is the first piece of scripture that you'll see below in 1 Corinthians 2:7-13 that is the foundation for the entire series. This piece of scripture calls us into better discernment between what is of God and what is of the world so that we can draw more into what is God and less toward what is not. If you want to get unstuck from difficulties in health, finances, relationships, and more, it is necessary to begin understanding and getting back in touch with God's spirit, which resides within you. Calling that Spirit masculine would be wrong, so as a woman, I don't. I call it what God calls it: Holy. Because we are formed in the image of God, it is also important to vitally change the culture toward the understanding of God that is both feminine and masculine, female and male, Mother and Father. Women need that representation to honor our full identity in God, and so it is here.
We can often be drawn into and immensely impacted and distracted by the world. This can drive obstacles to being productive, emotionally and mentally balanced, focused, living in our purpose, and embodying security. So, it's time to reach Equilibrium, and I hope you'll join me for this series whether you listen in segments at a time or more. I hope it helps you realize your favor and breakthrough in these times since I've brought it forth with the same desire in myself. God bless,
Jennifer
SESSION #1: Holy Spirit
Scripture
1 Corinthians 2:7-13
No, the wisdom we speak of is the mystery of God, [God's] plan that was previously hidden, even though [God] made it for our ultimate glory before the world began. But the rulers of this world have not understood it; if they had, they would not have crucified our glorious (male) Christ. That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love [God.]” But it was to us that God revealed these things by [God's] Spirit. For [God's] Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. No one can know a person’s thoughts except that person’s own spirit, and no one can know God’s thoughts except God’s own Spirit. And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us. When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths.
SESSION #2: Financial Blessings
Scripture:
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
“Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying, ‘This person began to build and wasn’t able to finish.’
SESSION #3: Cleaning Out Toxic Energy
Scripture
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleannesses, and from all your idols I will cleanse you.
SESSION #4: Forgiveness
Scripture
Matthew 18:21-22
"Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, 'Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?' Jesus answered, 'I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.' "
Proverbs 17:9
“Love prospers when a fault is forgiven, but dwelling on it separates close friends.”
SESSION #5: Breakthrough (with communion)
Scripture
Daniel 12:10 Many shall purify themselves and make themselves white and be refined, but the wicked shall act wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
SESSION #6: Freedom
Scripture
Galatians 5:1
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”
2 Corinthians 3:17
“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
Isaiah 61:1
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners.”
SESSION #7: Warding Off Evil
Scripture
My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge, my savior; you save me from violence. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Exodus 14--Separating the Red Sea by Moses (bringing forth the good)
Genesis 5-10--Building of Noah's Ark and the reasoning for it (God had enough of it)
Revelations 12--God the Mother beats Satan (toxic masculinity as a dragon) to save a single woman from harm
Session #8: Build It & They Will Come
Scripture
Zephaniah 3:5
[God] is righteous within her;
[God] will do no injustice.
Every morning [God] brings [God's] justice to light;
[God] does not fail.
But the unjust knows no shame.
Isaiah 57:14
And it will be said,
“Build up, build up, prepare the way,
Remove every obstacle out of the way of My people.”
Jeremiah 33:6
‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.'
Session #9: Do Not Worry, Financial Breakthrough
Quote
“Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles. It empties today of its strength.”
~Corrie Ten Boom
Scripture
And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and [God] knows that you need these things. But seek [God], and all these things shall be added to you.
Philippians 4:6
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Jeremiah 17:7
But blessed is the one who trusts in [God] whose confidence is in [God].
Matthew 6:26
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet [God] feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Session #10: Creating Good Boundaries, Creating Good Life (with communion)
Scripture
Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”
Proverbs 4:23 Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.
Romans 12:21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance.
Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
Revelations 12--God the Mother beats Satan (toxic masculinity as a dragon) to save a single woman from harm
Psalm 91:11
For He will give His angels orders concerning you, To protect you in all your ways.
Ephesians 6:10-18 Finally, be strong in [God] and in [God's] mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word [ie. highest truth, not story] of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for [God's] people.

Romans 15:13
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.”
Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
